Your Why

What and who do you feel most passionately about?   What is the legacy you want to leave behind—how will you be remembered?   What are your strengths, and how do you use them to inspire others?   Once you’ve answered these questions. Look at the answers. Are there things that stick out to you? A common theme that connects them all? Identify those words and phrases that resonate most with you internally. Then string them together in a sentence that you can memorize and say to yourself often.
Your Why is your cause—it’s the thing that you are fighting for. Subconsciously it defines your beliefs and the lens with which you see the world. Your Why is beautiful and unique to you. When you have a clear picture of your Why, other things that don’t matter as much fall away, including fear, excuses, and inhibitions that would otherwise keep you from moving forward in life. When your Why is established, you have meaning in your life, you attract the things and people you need, and choosing to do hard things to have the best possible outcomes becomes easier.   Know your why. It will help you seize the day, every day.
